Our Story: Built in Fort Thomas
VividMend started in 2022 with one truck and a simple promise: give Fort Thomas homeowners a straight answer about their roof. After years of watching out-of-town crews rush jobs and disappear, our founders decided to build a company that treats every house like their own. That is the story behind about Roofing contractor Fort Thomas KY. We live here, our kids go to school here, and we see the same storm damage and aging shingles you do.
In four years, we have grown into a full crew of licensed roofers serving neighborhoods like Tower Park, Highlands, and along the Ohio River. We handle everything from missing shingles to full replacements, and we are proud to be a local roofing contractor Fort Thomas KY that answers the phone. Whether you need a quick leak fix or a complete new roof, we show up when we say we will.
Our Mission: Honest Roofs, Clear Answers
Our mission is to take the mystery out of roof repair for Fort Thomas homeowners. We give you a written estimate, explain what we find in plain English, and never sell you a roof you do not need. As a trusted roofer Fort Thomas Kentucky, we back every job with a workmanship warranty and stand behind our materials. When we leave, your roof is watertight and your yard is clean. That is the outcome we aim for on every single call.
What We Stand For
These four principles guide every job we do in Fort Thomas, from a quick flashing repair to a full tear-off.
Straight Talk
We show you photos of the problem, explain your options, and give you a written price before we start. No pressure, no surprise fees. If a repair will last another five years, we will tell you that instead of pushing a replacement. You get the facts you need to decide.
Craftsmanship
We use GAF Timberline shingles, Owens Corning Duration, and ice and water shield because they hold up to Kentucky weather. Every nail gun pass, every ridge vent, and every flashing detail is done to manufacturer spec. We do not cut corners on the parts you cannot see, because that is where leaks start.
Local Accountability
As a family owned roofing company Fort Thomas, we cannot hide behind a call center. If you have a question after the job, you call us and we come back. We are part of this community, and our reputation is built on every roof we touch in Campbell County.
Safety First
Our crew holds OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 certifications, and we use safety harnesses, ladder stabilizers, and magnetic sweepers on every site. We protect our team and your property. You will never find a stray nail in your driveway after we leave.
